The W.H.O. said it has 5 million doses of Tamiflu. It also followed that statement with 'clearly this won't be enough'.
That's in addition to each industrialized country having tens of millions of their own doses. The USA has 50 million for example.
When these organizations that understand pandemics say that hundreds of millions of doses around the world 'won't be enough' ... then they are saying that they expect this to be A VERY BIG EVENT.

"Swine flu parties" are gatherings during which people have close contact with a person who has novel H1N1 flu in order to become infected with the virus. The intent of these parties is to become infected with what for many people has been a mild disease, in the hope of having natural immunity to the novel H1N1 flu virus that might circulate later and cause more severe disease.
